The Dallas Mavericks moved swiftly in dealing with the on-court shouting match between coach Rick Carlisle and Rajon Rondo, suspending the point guard for one game for conduct detrimental to the team.
Rondo and Carlisle had a heated exchange in the third quarter of Tuesday’s win over Toronto. Carlisle appeared to be angry as he called a timeout and Rondo reacted by yelling at the coach.
