The Mavericks on Friday confirmed a week's worth of speculation when they announced that point guard Rajon Rondo will be out until after the All-Star break.
Rondo suffered orbital bone and nasal fractures on Jan. 31 when he got hit in the face by teammate Richard Jefferson's knee.
Rondo has missed three games and will miss the three home games before the eight-day All-Star break commences.
