The Chicago Bulls announced today that guard Kirk Hinrich has exercised his player option for the 2015-16 season.
A 12-year veteran of the NBA, the 34-year old Hinrich (6-4, 190) has played in 833 (658 starts) regular-season games and averaged 11.4 ppg, 5.0 apg, 3.0 rpg and 1.15 spg in 31.7 mpg.
He owns career shooting averages of .412 from the field, .375 from downtown and .799 from the line.
