San Antonio forward Matt Bonner (nasal fracture) will undergo a minor corrective procedure on Monday and will be fitted for a mask, which he will wear for approximately four weeks.
Bonner is expected to be in uniform on Wednesday, Jan. 22, when San Antonio hosts Oklahoma City.
Bonner was originally injured during the Spurs/Trail Blazers game on Jan. 17.
