Spurs guard Manu Ginobili underwent an MRI exam on Wednesday that revealed a strained left hamstring.
Ginobili suffered the injury on a one-handed dunk during the third quarter of last night’s Spurs-Rockets game. He is expected to miss three-to-four weeks.
Ginobili joins Danny Green (broken finger), Kawhi Leonard (broken left hand) and Tiago Splitter (sprained right shoulder) on the team's injured list,
