The Trail Blazers made three cuts to their training camp roster on Tuesday, waiving Dee Bost, E.J. Singler and Richard Howell.
The trio of players were invited to training camp without guaranteed contracts and were not expected to make the regular season roster.
Bost, Howell and Singler are expected to join the Blazers' NBA Development League team, the Idaho Stampede, soon to play in Boise this season. Portland's roster now stands at 15.
