Indiana Pacers guard/forward Paul George said Friday that he has been symptom free after his concussion suffered in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's Game 2 of the Eastern conference Finals against Miami.
However, George said he still has to clear more tests before being approved to play in the critical Game 3 on Saturday.
The Pacers officially listed George as a game-time decision for Game 3.
