Pacers' George diagnosed with concussion, Game 3 in question

Indiana Pacers All-Star forward Paul George has been diagnosed with a concussion, stemming from a collision with Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade when he took a knee to the back of his head during the fourth quarter of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals, the team announced Wednesday.

George will begin the mandated protocol for "return-to-participation" after the diagnosis, according to the Pacers' release. The injury could affect George's participation in the next game of the series, which will be at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in Miami.

"I blacked out, and I was a little dizzy," George told reporters after the game. "That last four- or five-minute stretch, I was dizzy."
