Charlie Villanueva, who hasn’t played since Feb. 1, is in the final months of his five-year deal with the Pistons.
And while his expiring contract didn’t attract teams at the deadline, Villanueva said Friday he is open to the possibility of a buyout so he could latch on with another team.
“Anything’s a possibility,” he said after Friday’s shoot-around. “Obviously I’m not playing right now.”
