Aaron Gordon undergoes surgery, out at least 6-8 weeks

Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon underwent a successful surgical procedure today to repair a fractured fifth metatarsal in his left foot, General Manager Rob Hennigan announced.

Gordon was diagnosed with the injury following the Magic’s game on Nov. 15 at Washington.

He will be re-evaluated by the specialist again in six-to-eight weeks to gauge the healing in the surgically repaired bone and his return will depend on how he responds to rehabilitation.
