With the Trail Blazers falling to the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night, the Thunder moved to 12.5 games in front of Portland, resting at the top of the Northwest Division with only 12 games left to play in the 2015-16 season.
That result secured yet another division title for the Thunder, its fifth in the past six years.
