After undergoing further tests on Saturday, Toronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas will bypass surgery on the fracture in his left hand, according to league sources.
Valanciunas is expected to miss approximately six weeks.
Valanciunas suffered the injury in the fourth metacarpal in his non-shooting hand during Friday’s win against the Los Angeles Lakers.
