John Henson's future with the Milwaukee Bucks became unclear this offseason following the signing of Greg Monroe, but he hasn’t been lobbying his agent, Jim Tanner, to get him out of Milwaukee. Just the contrary.
He, Tanner and Bucks officials have had on-going discussions about a contract extension and all signs point to a winning resolution for both parties.
“We’re close,’’ Henson said of contract talks. “We’re just trying to work out some details. It’s a process; we’ll see what happens. But I definitely want to be here for a long time.’’
