Trevor Booker, who became a Jazz fan favorite this past season, will remain with the Utah Jazz for the 2015-16 season.
The Jazz informed the power forward on Thursday morning that they will pick up the second year of his contract, according to sources.
Utah had until July 15 to make a decision on his deal.
The 6-foot-8 Booker averaged 7.2 points and 5.0 rebounds last season in his reserve role.
