Free-agent guard Aaron Brooks is headed back to the Chicago Bulls, according to league sources.
Brooks and the Bulls on Tuesday morning agreed to terms on a one-year deal that the veteran guard will be able to sign as early as Thursday, when a leaguewide moratorium on roster business is lifted.
