ESPN's Marc Stein pointed out in a tweet that Lance Stephenson has set the record for lowest 3-point percentage in a season (minimum of 100 attempts), connecting on a miserable 17.1 percent (18 for 105).
Stephenson wiped out Micheal Ray Richardson from the record book. Richardson shot 18.8 percent (19 for 101) from 3-point range with the New York Knicks in 1981-82.
