Memphis Grizzlies center Marc Gasol left Saturday night's 94-86 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers with a sprained left ankle in the first quarter and did not return.
A Grizzlies spokesman said X-rays taken on the ankle were negative.
Gasol wore a protective walking boot on his left foot as he departed Staples Center.
