Sioux Falls Skyforce guard Larry Drew II dished out 23 assists against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Christmas night, breaking the NBADL record.
The previous record of 22 was set by Darryl McDonald of the Skyforce in 1992 and tied in 2007 by Idaho’s Randy Livingston.
