Hall of Fame coach Jerry Tarkanian hospitalized in Vegas

Hall of Fame basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian is back in the hospital after waking up Wednesday morning struggling with his breathing, coughing and suffering from low blood pressure.

Tarkanian, 84, was admitted to Valley Hospital Medical Center and was resting comfortably in the intensive care unit.

Tarkanian, who coached 19 years at UNLV and led the Rebels to four Final Fours, including the 1990 national championship, was a 2013 inductee into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
