The Memphis Grizzlies Sunday announced that rookie guard Jordan Adams and rookie forward/center Jarnell Stokes have been recalled from the NBA Development League’s Iowa Energy, the Grizzlies’ exclusive D-League affiliate. Both players were assigned to Iowa on Nov. 8.
Adams (6-5, 209) totaled 20 points, seven rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes in Iowa’s preseason exhibition contest Saturday against the Sioux Falls Skyforce, which was played in Memphis at FedExForum.
Stokes (6-9, 263) tallied 13 points and 13 rebounds in 35 minutes in Saturday’s exhibition against Sioux Falls.
