A pretrial hearing on domestic assault and other charges filed against Charlotte Hornets forward Jeffery Taylor was adjourned Wednesday for three weeks.
Taylor, 25, is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, who is a Michigan State University student, as well as an employee of the Marriott Hotel in East Lansing on Sept. 25. Court documents allege Taylor also caused between $200 and $1,000 in damage to hotel property.
Taylor is free to travel outside Michigan. He said Taylor will be present when the pretrial hearing resumes on Oct. 29.
