Former Xavier forward Jamel McLean banked in a running floater from the free throw line as time expired to give Alba Berlin a 94-93 victory over NBA champion San Antonio on Wednesday night in the Spurs' exhibition opener.
Former Villanova guard Reggie Redding made a 3-pointer for Alba with 5.1 seconds left to make it 93-92, then stole Tim Duncan's inbounds pass to set up McLean's winner.
Tony Parker scored 28 points for the Spurs in NBA Global Games tour contest.
