The Heat agreed to a one-year deal at the minimum with veteran journeyman forward Reggie Williams, who has played in 180 NBA games, with 32 starts, over five seasons.
But Williams played just three NBA games last season and spent time playing in the NBA's Development League and most recently in the Philippines.
Also, the Heat reportedly has extended a training camp invitation to undrafted Middle Tennessee State rookie forward Shawn Jones.
