Charleston fired coach Doug Wojcik on Tuesday for what president Glenn McConnell described as "just cause" after investigations into allegations of verbal and physical abuse.
Wojcik vowed never to resign even after a 50-page report painted him as a "bully" who consistently berated players during tirades laced with obscenities, personal attacks and physical threats.
Wojcik spent two years at Charleston. He was 38-29 overall, 20-14 in league play.
