West Virginia University basketball coach Bob Huggins announced today that Eron Harris has asked for his release and plans to transfer.
“I want to be closer to my family, especially being around my little brother,” says Harris.
Harris, a 6-foot-3 sophomore guard from Indianapolis, played in all 33 games this past season, averaging 17.2 points per game.
