Tulsa senior guard Pat Swilling Jr. has been accused of raping a fellow student, according to details from a protection order granted this week. Police said Friday they are investigating.
Last week, the university said Swilling was suspended from the team, but did not say why, pending a university disciplinary review. A protection order filed Tuesday in Tulsa County Court accuses Swilling of raping a woman at his apartment on the evening of Jan. 27.
