Nuggets' Robinson has surgery on left knee, out for season

Nuggets guard Nate Robinson underwent surgery to repair a torn left ACL on Friday night, and will be lost for the remainder of the season.

Robinson was the second Nuggets player to have ACL surgery in January. Danilo Gallinari had reconstructive ACL surgery earlier in the month.

Robinson was the team's fifth-leading scorer at 10.4 points per game and had been having a nice month of production in January with averages of 10.9 points and 3.0 assists.
