Pacers head coach Frank Vogel will coach the Eastern Conference All-Stars for the 2014 NBA All-Star Game, to be played on Sunday, Feb. 16, at New Orleans Arena.
The Pacers (30-7, .811) clinched the best record in the conference through games played Feb. 2, by virtue of their 116-92 win over the Sacramento Kings on Jan. 14.
The West All-Star coach will be determined by the best record in the conference through games played on Sunday, Feb. 2. Miami’s Erik Spoelstra and San Antonio’s Gregg Popovich coached last year’s All-Star Game, making them ineligible for the honor this year.
