Derrick Rose sat out practice for the second straight day Thursday and hasn't taken contact since suffering the injury in the final minutes of Monday's victory over the Cavaliers.
But after stretching and getting up some individual set shots, Rose said he would play Friday if the decision is left up to him.
"If the game was right now I'd be playing, so that should ease everybody's minds," Rose said.
