Former Piston Anthony Tolliver, who played with the Sacramento Kings last season, reached an agreement for the bi-annual exception of $3.3 million, a league source confirmed.
Tolliver, 32, adds a veteran presence that the Pistons seek in the locker room and who can contribute off the bench.
Primarily a 3-point shooter, Tolliver averaged 7.1 points last season, hitting 39 percent on 3-pointers.
