Timberwolves waive Jordan Hill, clearing $4M from cap

The Minnesota Timberwolves announced the team has waived forward/center Jordan Hill.

Hill appeared in seven games for the Wolves, averaging 1.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 6.7 minutes per game.

The second year of the two-year, $8 million deal Hill signed last summer as a free agent was not guaranteed.
