New Orleans Pelicans forward Dante Cunningham plans to decline his player option for the 2017-18 season and become an unrestricted free agent this summer, according to league sources.
Cunningham, 30, has a deadline of June 21 to officially decline his $3.1 million player option. He will seek a new multiyear deal.
