Wolves guard Ricky Rubio had 22 points and a franchise-record 19 assists tonight in the 119-104 victory over Washington.
It was his 17th double-double of the season and his fourth in the last five games. It also marked the second time in his career he has had back-to-back 20-point games.
He handed out 10 assists in the first quarter, matching Chris Paul of the Clippers for most in a quarter in the league this season. It was also a franchise record for assists in a quarter. Rubio also had three steals and five rebounds.
