Sixers president Bryan Colangelo was asked about the trade discussions with various teams about Nerlens Noel and/or Jahlil Okafor and said a trade was not imminent.
“Making a statement that absolutely something will be done is not necessarily the case,” Colangelo said during an interview with Adrian Wojnarowski.
“But I never felt compelled that we have to do something, because it will work itself out over the course of time,” he said.
He added that players are going to compete for time, and the franchise is going to see who’s healthy.
