Old Dominion product Trey Freeman agreed to a partially guaranteed contract with the Detroit Pistons, his agent confirmed.
Freeman led Conference USA in scoring this past season (22.1 points per game). The Virginia Beach native started his college career at Campbell before transferring to ODU for his final two seasons.
Listed at 6-feet-2 and 180 pounds, he worked out for the Pistons leading up to the draft and played for the Houston Rockets in the NBA summer league.
