The Toronto Raptors have agreed to terms with E.J. Singler. He will be in training camp to compete for the 15th roster spot.
Toronto as 14 players with guaranteed salaries. Singler will join Fred VanVleet, Jarrod Uthoff, Yanick Moreira and Drew Crawford in a crowded race for the 15th spot.
Singler has agreed to play for the Raptors 905 of the D-League if he clears waivers assuming he doesn't make their regular season roster.
The contract will likely contain a small guarantee to help supplement a potential D-League salary .
