The Milwaukee Bucks have signed free agent guard Jason Terry, General Manager John Hammond announced today. Terms of the contract were not disclosed in accordance with team policy.
Terry, 38, is a 17-year NBA veteran who spent the last two seasons playing for the Houston Rockets. In 2015-16, Terry played in 72 games (seven starts) with the Rockets and averaged 5.9 points, 1.4 assists and 1.1 rebounds in 17.5 minutes per game.
Terry has appeared in 1,285 NBA games (675 starts) in his career with averages of 14.3 points, 4.1 assists and 2.4 rebounds per contest, while shooting 44.4 percent overall and 37.9 percent from 3-point range.
