The Portland Trail Blazers decided to match Allen Crabbe's four-year, $75 million offer sheet from the Brooklyn Nets to bring the 6-foot-6 wing back to Portland, a league source confirmed.
About seven hours before the 9 p.m. Pacific Time deadline, the Blazers decided to make the commitment, bringing Crabbe back to the franchise with which he has spent his entire career.
Crabbe is coming off his best season in the NBA in which he averaged 10.3 points and 2.7 rebounds in 81 games with the Blazers while shooting 46 percent from the field, including 39 percent from three-point range.
