The Miami Heat on Sunday added Brooklyn Nets free-agent guard Wayne Ellington and Toronto Raptors free-agent forward James Johnson.
The flurry of moves comes in the wake of the Heat's free-agency losses of guard Dwyane Wade and forwards Luol Deng and Joe Johnson.
The agreement with Ellington is for two seasons, at $12 million, with the Heat having control over the second-year of the agreement. The agreement with Johnson is for one year at $4 million.
