Delaware 87ers guard Russ Smith scored an NBA D-League single-game record 65 points, breaking the 61 points scored by Jordan McRae (also for Delaware) in January.
Smith only made one 3-pointer in the effort, scoring 16-of-20 at the free throw line and 32 points from layups.
