Michigan State senior guard Denzel Valentine will be out 2 to 3 weeks after undergoing "extremely successful" arthroscopic knee surgery today, coach Tom Izzo said.
"It's very, very, very minor," Izzo said of a piece of cartilage that had to be removed after Valentine came down awkwardly on a lay-up during Sunday's practice.
