Fort Wayne Mad Ants forward Rakeem Christmas, playing on assignment from the Indiana Pacers, was Monday named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Monday, Nov. 30 – Sunday, Dec. 6.
Christmas (6-9, 239, Syracuse) led Fort Wayne to a 3-0 week behind averages 24.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 3.7 blocks. For the season, Christmas is averaging 19.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 3.5 blocks (seventh in the D-League).
