After beating up on playoff teams in their first five games, the Warriors didn’t let up in the first half against the Denver Nuggets, who lost 52 times last season and were soundly defeated in Friday night’s visit to Oakland, 119-104.
The Warriors raced to the first 6-0 start in their West Coast history and are the NBA’s only undefeated team, thanks to Toronto’s loss Friday night.
They’ve won 22 straight home games, and the only other Bay Area pro team with a streak as long as 20 is the A’s.
