Derrick Rose made his first appearance of the preseason on Friday night, playing just over 10 minutes in the Bulls' 103-102 victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
He had eight points, hitting four of six shots, the first a driving left-handed layup, and finished with one assist as he pushed the Bulls offense into high gear.
