Basketball star Thabo Sefolosha “displayed a sense of entitlement” and “disdain” during a confrontation with cops outside a Meatpacking District nightclub, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Assistant District Attorney Jesse Matthews told jurors that Sefolosha, 31, gave cops a tough time about leaving W. 17th St. last April because “he doesn't think the rules apply to him.”
During testimony on the first day of Sefolosha’s resisting arrest trial in Manhattan Criminal Court, Police officer Jeanpaul Giacona testified that the NBA athlete was very rude to him.
