ESPN 100 prospect Javin DeLaurier has committed to Duke. DeLaurier, a 6-foot-9 power forward from St. Annes-Belfield High School (Va.), chose the Blue Devils over the likes of Notre Dame, Texas, North Carolina and Arizona.
DeLaurier was one of the biggest risers in the 2016 class in the spring, averaging 13.1 points and 8.1 rebounds per game on the Adidas Gauntlet circuit with Team Loaded Virginia.
Ranked No. 44 in the ESPN 100, DeLaurier adds to a Duke recruiting class that is likely the No. 1 group in the country right now.
