With training camp one month away, the 6-foot-10 Davis is 12 pounds heavier than he was last season, up to 253, while maintaining 10 percent body fat.
The 22-year-old Davis is now 33 pounds heavier than when he entered the league as a rookie and the weight he has gained has been nearly all muscle.
Davis' new routine included working with the Pelicans' new strength and conditioning coach, Jason Sumerlin, as well as hiring a chef and adding more seafood to his diet.
