Spurs center Aron Baynes on Thursday agreed to a lucrative multiyear deal with the Detroit Pistons, league sources confirmed.
Baynes, a 6-foot-10 center from Australia, had been with the Spurs the past three seasons and played on the 2014 NBA championship team.
ESPN.com reported Baynes’ deal could be worth as much as $20 million over three years.
