Free-agent forward DeMarre Carroll has agreed to a four-year, $60 million deal with the Toronto Raptors, according to league sources.
Carroll leaves the Atlanta Hawks to join the Raptors, who will likely lose forward Amir Johnson in free agency. Carroll averaged 12.6 points and 5.3 rebounds in 70 games for the Hawks last season.
