The draft-and-stash option common among international players, which the Bucks haven't used since selecting Ersan Ilyasova in 2005, could be on the table this year.
If Milwaukee chooses to re-sign restricted free-agent guard Khris Middleton and forward Jared Dudley picks up his player option for $4.25 million, the Bucks roster would include 14 of 15 spots by players with guaranteed contracts without factoring in any draft picks.
The Bucks are expected to make a qualifying offer to Middleton before July 1, and Dudley would have to make a decision before the end of June.
